Only transferable tickets

Named tickets, season tickets, and non-transferable fares cannot be listed.

Never above face value

Sellers cannot list tickets for more than the original purchase price. NRCoT requires it.

Yes. Every listing is verified against National Rail Conditions of Travel before going live. We only allow transferable tickets — no named tickets or season passes. If a verified ticket fails at the gate due to a platform error, you're eligible for a full refund including fees.
Sales are final for change-of-mind or missed trains — the same as buying from any retailer. However, if a train is cancelled by the carrier, or a listed ticket is rejected at the gate due to our verification failing, we'll refund you in full including platform fees.
SaveMyFare charges a 10% platform fee on the sale price. Buyers see the total including the fee at checkout — no surprises. Sellers receive 90% of their asking price, paid out 48 hours after travel.
